Мастер-класс "В СКАЗОЧНОМ МИРЕ ДРУГОГО»

Будут продемонстрированы различные методы и технологии, использующиеся в работе как с детьми, так и взрослыми (сказкотерапия; музыкотерапия, арт-терапия и пр),  позволяющие развивать способности понимать и принимать особенности Другого человека.

 Мастер-класс "МЕДИТАЦИЯ КАК МЕТОД КОРРЕКЦИИ СТРЕССА И ЕГО ПОСЛЕДСТВИЙ"

Медитация является эффективным методом в терапии и профилактике стрессовых расстройств. На занятии будут представлены способы достижения медитативного состояния,  диагностические и терапевтические возможности медитации, а также варианты практического применения на индивидуальном и коллективном уровнях. Лекция и практика по основам медитации по методу Сахаджа Йоги будет дополнена практическим применением музыкотерапии, с использованием элементов живой индийской классической музыки.

 Краткое содержание мастер-класса, длительность - 60 минут:

Теоретическая часть (10 минут)

1.                  Теоретическая часть (10 мин):

·                      Вводная лекция о медитации, ее значении, воздействии на организм и возможностях применения в клинической практике.

2.         Практическая часть(30 минут):

·          Знакомство с техническими элементами медитативной практики;

·          Начальный опыт медитации по методу Сахаджа-йоги;

·          Возможности применения музыкотерапии с целью достижения медитативного состояния (дополнение - исполнение живой классической индийской инструментальной музыки)

3. Диагностические и терапевтические возможности медитации:

Презентация методов диагностики и коррекции энергетического состояния с активным участием всех желающих (15 минут)

4. Обсуждение, вопросы-ответы (5 минут)
